Doesn't "full exhaust" always mean headers, y pipe and catback?

There is a big difference between a 99 GT and an 04 GT

Re: 99 gt stang vs. 00 z28

I raced a 04 mustang gt in my car when i had Flowmaster exhaust and madz28 tune,(can't remember if i had my intake yet or not) and we went from a 40ish roll and up to about 90 and i put about a little more than a car length on him. I don't think you'll have any problems.

I'm pretty sure the power and performance stayed the same for the duration of that generation.
