Nice race. I'm surprised that the EVO didn't get the jump out of the hole. It should have. The EVO held strong, and it looks like the Lightning would have been passed eventually. That's to be expected though with it's crappy aerodynamics. Can you say bye, bye Mustang?

Lightnings are strange beasts...they actually come back into power as you get around 90 MPH with the boost building more...

Thumbs up Re: 450WHP Lightning vs. modded EVO vs. modded Stang GT

EVO hung surprisingly tough.Ls seem to hook descent themselves.maybe it just overpowered the EVO.

Same truck against a local blown Formula. The Formula gave him a few lengths headstart and I think he even got the kick. Goat is far left.

Goat gets out fast. He usually cuts 1.6 60's or so. I don't think I have ever seen someone get the holeshot on him in the vids.

cool vids. that truck seemed like it took forever to wind up thru the rpms.
I know my velle ramps up a whole lot quicker than that truck and I only have 400 rwhp.

hmmm, oh well, cool vids !!!
