Will these subframes work?

One says "with rear crossmember", and the other says "without rear crossmember"..
what is a x-member? And will either of those 2 work?
I need a good pair of sub-frames to hold my 300 hp, and 350 lb's.. and I am NOT spending 200+ on them
And what does it mean when it says "floor pan modifications are neccesary"? Why would that be needed?
Where can I get them installed for me? Midas? Munroe?
