What do the adjustments mean for the QA1 rear shocks?

Can someone let me know what each adjustment means for the rear QA1 shocks... Like each click, what is it, farther to the left the stiffer it gets? They were on the car when I bought it, and I dont know what each adjustment means... I was told to drag at 0 and drive at 3...

Turning up the dial stiffens the shocks. The "0" position - loose as a goose - is fully counter-clockwise. The "12" position - hard as a rock - is fully clockwise. At the strip, based on my experience, you want the fronts loose (0, 1, 2) and the backs in the middle (4, 5, 6). But each car will be different.... you need to experiment. For street driving..... 6 to 8 in the front, 5-6 in the back, but again, thats with my suspension, springs, etc.

That's why the ride height is adjustable on the front shocks. Front looks like "stock". The back sits about 1/2" higher than stock, with the Eibach Drag Launch springs.
