torque arm questions

I bought a 1995 Z-28 set up with a Jasper Crate Engine LT-1 350 bored 30 over,headers,racing clutch,k&n cold air induction,flowmaster thunder 3in exhaust,eldebrock torque arm from tranny to rear end.My question,on rough road car feels like rear end is being pulled off the road.It it because of torque bar?

If it bolts/mounts to the stock locations, there shouldn't be any diffence at all in the way it controls the rear axle. Its a bit stiffer than the stocker, but the stiffness is only a factor when there is huge torque applied to the rear wheels.... not going over bumps.

Have you checked the pinion angle to make sure it hasn't caused any large (unintended) change?

You might want to check the rear end alignment left-to-right. Many come from the factory with the rear offset to the passenger's side by an inch or more. An adjustable panhard bar would correct this if present.
