torque arm installation
itS hard today becuz those bolts go threw bushings so I dont think they shoud be completly tightened because the rear end will move at times causing the torque arm to move. Am I right or wrong ?
What brand TA are you talking about? Is it adjustable?
Normally, the upper and lower bolts go through (non-spherical) rod ends. The bolt will compress the vertical TA plates against the center ferrule of the rod end and grip it tightly. The bearing of the rod end rides on the ferrule, allowing the arm to move up and down as you adjust it.

one more thing, how far is the torque arm supposed to stick out of the bushing? i adjusted it following bmr's instructions, and the rear suspension WAS loaded, but it looks like it stick out too much of the bushing towards the front of the car, its right near a sensor that goes into the transmission and im afraid it might knock into that sensor and break it.
