I guess if you not planning on doing any suspension mods why do this one? It certainly wouldnt be were I would spend money on first suspension mod. As far as a write up it's only two bolts to take it off. You loosen the clam shell where the TQ arm mounts to the transmission and slide the TQ arm to the rear. A hammer works nicely to coerce it. So removed to bolts on the rear end, loosen clam shell, pound out with hammer. To reinstall do the reverse.

Unless you putting alot of power to the ground I dont see a great advantage to an aftermarket TQ arm. Are you trying to correct a problem or broken part?

That is a problem for rear LCA's [Lower control arms]. I have seen non adjustable ones go for $50 shipped in the for sale section. That fixed my wheel hop problem 4-5 years ago.

Wheel hop from crappy stock LCA's caused my stock torque arm to crack where it bolts to the rear end...

A good stock replacement torque arm is edelbrock. I'm happy with mine and it was relatively inexpensive...

i have one more t/a question, the bolts circled in the picture were very loose upon installtion how much should they be torqued down? should their be a load on te rear end or no? also if the pic doesnt show up they are the bolts that hold the tubular section to the rear mounting bracket.

It's two bolts that connect the tubular section to the mounting bracket, they were both very loose i tIghten them a bit but have driven the car yet.

You can't link pictures on your C: drive... you have to upload to an I'net site.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say no matter what bolt is in your picture it's supposed to be tight.
