Suspension techniques springs?

What do yall think about that brand of springs? I have found a really good deal on some used ones. They are supposed to lower the car 1.3" in the front and 1.7" in the rear. I thought that seemed a little backwards but I saw a picture of them on a car and they looked really good. The spring rates also seem to be fairly higher then stock too.
Anybody have any warnings or advice?
Thanks

I have them on the rear of my car, and i like them. I have ZENNS on the front, cause i didnt have the matching ST's for the front. I did however cut 1/2 a coil off to level out my car's rear, but it looks great. Plus it handles like its on rails, with no body roll.
