You will most likely hear less rattles though.

BMR makes a good low cost piece. There tubular style tucks up real nice also.
Actually, your car probably won't handle better but you'll feel like it is!! Maybe a little better on really rough stuff. I don't know that you could quantify the difference though.

As for the doors saging, did you ever try to open your door when your car is on the lift? OMG, its horrible.

They wont improve times or anything, but they will make your car capable of handeling alot more power. Stock, you dotn need them, But if you ever get some sticky tires and get aroun 400+hp the chasis is going to be twisting and getting weaker with each pass. Subframes stiffens it up. Im actually getting a guy i know to make me a set, they are going to be just like BMRs or anyone elses. But all i pay for is material which is only like $40. His car runs 8s though the 1/4th so i know they arent crap. Im going to pick them up sometime this week actually. Then im ordering a drag suspension kit for my car which is the main reason im getting theser sub frames. Hello 1.3 60fts!!!!
