Spohn tq arm rubber gaskets

The stock ones seem pretty thin and flimsy. Has anyone upgraded this piece with a thicker one? If so what did you end up using? I'm thinking autozone might carry gaskets that you can trim to fit.

Do what you want but it's still going to transfer road noise and the occasional clunk when you first take off. It's just the nature of the beast and I really don't mind it that much. Make sure you use grade 8 bolts.

Well, it sounds as though your running the tq arm as well. I understand that there will be road noise and the occasional clunk but upon inspecting the gaskets that come with the tq arm I would venture to say that two pieces of paper stacked together are thicker than what is provided

I can't argue with that. I thought about what you mentioned, but the bolts for the cross brace will transfer the vibration to the chassis anyways.

Yea, the tq arm has seen 700 miles and the gaskets looked a little bit used after two installations/removals so I was either going to replace or upgrade.
