sfc question

Hey all I have a question. I want to get sfcs soon (getting the 3 point weld in type) but I'm also going to be doing headers/y-pipe, driveshaft, gears, and torque converter soon. My question is, if I do the sfcs first will they get in the way of installing any of that other stuff or have to be removed for any of it? Or do they just sit out of the way. I know that you have to drop the exhaust to do gears/driveshaft and stuff with the trans, just wasn't sure exactly where the sfcs would fit with everything.

Re: sfc question

ony thing they could really interfere with would be the Ypipe. but even that is unlikely.

i know i have the big boxed 2 pt SFCs and i have no problems with header, ypipe and now true dual clearance.

the SFCs actually slide up into the frame rails for the most part.

if you're worried...forget the 3pt and do the 2 pt. the difference is very negligable and you'll save some weight
