Hey guys I'm planing on putting my lowering springs in myself and I took a look at this guide. It's for ls1's but I was wondering if it's the same procedure? Anything special I should look out for? I have to get a set of spring compressors, and I have a crowbar, any other tools I should get? I have an air compressor but I don't have the money to invest in any tools for it.

The stock shocks are not really the hot setup for stiffer springs.
If you plan on doing it yourself, pull the shock assemblies and take them to a shop and have them use their spring compressor to swap springs.

Okay, I'll take them to a shop, but do I remove them the same way as the Ls1 car?
