Replace Rear Wheel Cynlinders and shoe's still brake light is on ?

This is about my 1995 3.4L . one was leaking all over the place , and the other was stuck and slighty leaking . so i replace Shoes , Hardware kit , And both Wheel cynlinders . I only bleed the two new wheel cyniders . put it all back toghter and then drove it . And the Brake light is still on ? how do you rest the light ?

also pedal sinks slighty before it starts to brake . ? do i need to re adjuest the rear brakes to fix that ? Thanks

yes
when your put the new shoes on you should adjust them all the way out till they contact the drum, then loosen them a bit so the drum rotates freely with minimal drag

if the shoes are retracted all the way the hydraulic pressure that goes to the rears first has no resistance until the shoe contacts the drum, that could trip your brake light

I think your right also because , I just gravity bleed and pump pedal bleed also . Still the same way . I need to adjust them properly . I did closed the adjusters all the way in . And thought i was tight enough . i will check it again tommrow.

Also why is there a like a swoosh noise when i left off the pedal some times . Happens ever since the brake light came on ?

Should i bleed the ABS . How do you do it ? The abs is working fine i dont wanna mess it up . ?

the swoosh noise is comming from your brake booster, it happens when you push the pedal to the floor pretty quickly, its normal

theres a procedure, i dont remember it exactly but what i do remember is you bleed the brakes normally, then you bleed the ABS unit just like a caliper, then you bleed all 4 brakes again

If the master cylinder went dry, you put air in the entire braking system. The entire system needs to be bled, starting with the ABS.
