Rear suspension on a budget???

I have a full bolt on car with head work, cam, stall and a healthy shot.. Currently i'm on a stock suspension and even on m/t bias plys at 16psi i can't hook up for **** on motor let alone on the shot.

So what i'm looking for is a rear suspension set up that will alow my car to hook up without breaking the bank. I wish i had more money to spend but with winter coming work is kinda slowing down..

Thanks

lower control arms
relocation brackets
torque arm bushing.

if you have more money, an adjustable torque arm, and maybe drag springs/shocks.
