Rear rotor and pad swap questions

I've swapped my front pads and rotors a couple of times but this is my first time for the rears.I've seen lots of write-ups for the fronts but none for the rears. Is there anything specific I should look out for or any different tools I'll need?

Just make sure your hand brake isn't on and the front wheels are chauked. Other than that its the same basic process. Unlike the front the rear caliper and abutment bracket bolts are the same size.
