Rear brake hard line-flex conversion?

Since i'm going to be replacing my ABS motor pack, I'd like to see if there is a way to cut the factory hardline at the front, and add a flexible, braided end to it like the LS1 cars. Has anybody hard of this being done? I found a shop in town that makes those type of lines, but since I don't know the tread size, or tubing size I have to bring them the line before they can give me an answer, and/or price. Any ideas?

Shoebox has info on the brake lines, including thread sizes:

Thanks Fred!! Have you heard of anybody doing the flexible end thing? If they can make them with compression fittings to the hard lines, then I will have a couple extra made in case anybody else wants them. I would have loved to have them in the past!

I have no idea what hard line you are asking about. I'm not familiar with the LS1 brake plumbing.
