question on eibach sportlines

Hey I just bought a set of eibach sportlines and two KYB 8-way adjustable front shocks for my 95Z. I didnt do any research on these before I bought them and now I'm beginning to regret it. My question is will this setup slow down my 1/4mile ET?(I'm running 285/35/18 nitto DRs so spinning wont be a problem) Also do eibach drag launch springs pick up your ET even if you're not spinning the tires? Will my handling be worse or the same with the drag kit and the shocks compared to stock. Handling isn't my main concern but I would like to maintain drivability on the street with the ocasional street race every now and then. And finally can you cut the drag springs to sit about 1&1/2 inches lower and still work just like they should, the reason for this is because i heard they actually raise your car a little.
Thanks
