putting in LT1 in v6 Need new suspension

Well i decided to put in a lt1 in my 97 3.8. Currently im doing what i can for the drop. I just put in a 3 inch cat back. Now i know i need to get a new suspension to hold that extra weight. I was think about bilstein HD and eibach pro kit. Would this be good enough? Thank in advance

The extra weight of the LT1 engine should lower the front about an inch. If this is what you want, just remove the rear spring rubber islolator and slide heater hose over the first coil of the rear springs. This will lower the rear about an inch for free.
