Possible wheel bearing? HELP

okay so for the past 8 months i CANNOT figure out what the he// is going on with my 94 Z28. 211,000 mi on the body. when making Moderate to hard LEFT turns, the car makes a pulsing squeeking noise. its like a metal scraping metal type squeal if anyone knows what i mean. high pitched and its long pulses like this pattern --- --- --- --- depending on speed obviously. i have tried replacing brake pads, checking guards, and at one point i thought it was the 3" SLP exhaust rubbing the driveshaft but after having it welded and properly fitted, (ie no rubbing) the car STILL makes the noise. i have had various different people and mechanics say different things but nobody can figure it out so im praying to the car gods that SOMEBODY on here might know. i personally think its a wheel bearing or an axle bearing. ANY help is REALLY appreciated. HAPPY HOLIDAYS too

Might be the brake rotor scraping on the caliper bracket?

From my experience wheel bearing noise is usually a lower frequency growl, not a squeal.
