Peddel hitting the floor, replaced parts already

The problem i am having is the brake pedal on hard stop will go all the way to floor before the brake lock up. In the snow i have to use both feet to stop the car from a 5mph roll. It seems to be mosly the rear tires that wont lock up.

Now i know this sounds like air in the lines but i have bleed the crap out of then a million times.
I have replaced the following
rear calipers
master cyl and brak booster
pads rotors
abs unit
and at least one front brake line that was kinda bent in one spot.

I dont know what else to do, it is getting dangerous to drive this thing in the rain or snow and i have spent hundreds of mod money to try and fix this problem

what else can i do....

This may sound like a dumb question but are your calipers mounted right side up?

This happend to a kid in auto shop class, he pained hs calipers off the car and switched them when he put them on (Left to right). They will never bleed correctly if the bleeder bolt is on the bottom, all the air is at the top.

yeah i saw a thread that talked about them being upside down i was all like that must be what i did, but nope i had pulled them off and everything and went to switch them and noticed that the E-brake stuff would be on the top DUH! so i had to put everything back together.

Why do you think its the rears? Front do most of the braking

I can that the fronts are doing 99% of the work, now wether that means that only the backs are bad or if they both are bad but the backs just show it more i dont know
