My brakes are really messed up. PLEASE HELP...

I was trying to bleed the brakes on my friend's 91 Ford Bronco because the pedal goes really far down very easy, then get a little pressure.

I began bleeding at the rear side of the master cylinder. On the first attempt, nothing came out. I pulled the line all the way the **** off and nothing came out. Two more times and no change. Finally on the 4th or 5th try, a little fluid came out. For the front line of the master cylinder, fluid just came squirting out really fast. It had lots of pressure. So did the front calipers. The rear calipers did pretty much the same thing as the main line from the master cylinder for the rears. Even though I did end up getting fluid to come out of all cylinders and bled them properly, the pedal still has little resistance to it. It is exactly the same as it was before I bled the brakes.
