LS1 Rear Brakes

I have an LT1 car and will be changing the rear end out soon and a 12 bolt I found has LS1 brakes already on it.. My question is
What is the difference in LT1 vs LS1 rear brakes? I know the e brake setup is diff but what else? Bigger rotors? Larger piston in the calipers? Thanks for the help.
