Low traction light on when the car is almost at a complete stop.

Noticed this issue where I would come to almost a complete stop and the low traction light would come on and it feels like the pedal would go soft and then hard. Like abs is kicking in and the light would go away till the next complete stop.

What is weird is it started happening when my shop tried to help me remove my stuck speed bleeders. They weren't successful last week so this weekend I swapped all the calipers and rebleed the brakes. Funny thing is my abs and brake light no longer stay on. It was like that for a good 10yrs. However, I still have the funky traction light issue. I have 98 front brakes and 93 rears. Any clue how to fix this other then finding a brake shop that has a tech1/2 to bleed the abs properly and look for codes?

Watch abs data with a scan tool, I suspect you'll see one wheel speed sensor dropping to 0 before the others.....it didn't do it with the lights on since the system is effectively disabled when an active fault is sensed

Ditto... and link to a photo showing the rear sensor location.

Cleaned the rear sensor but it wasnt very dirty. I still get a low traction light from time to time. Also, on a few occasions I get the brake+abs light, abs only, or none at all. I guess I need to find a brake shop to do a scan as front hubs are quite pricey. Any other ideas?
