LCA relocation - strip only mod?

I'm putting a 9" rear in, love to launch, have lots of drag mods - but will still be using large sway bars and street shocks for cornering.
Guys that use relocation brackets - how does the change affect street driving and did you improve your launch?
good mod for a street/strip car?
Are weld ins required for a rear other than stock size 10 bolts?

The ideal LCA position is level to the ground for handling. For a better launch while drag racing, the rear portion of the LCA is mounted lower than the front. Most relocation brackets provide multiple holes so you can change the angle.

I got the eibach pro kit with j&m street lower control arms and relocation brackets. Street and freeway driving is good, I've never been to the track, but I can tell you she goes straight till about 4500 rpms or so. I still need some shocks and an adjustable panhard bar
