Koni strano combo starting to pogo, bounce

Over the last few months the car has been starting to feel bouncy, like a lowered civic.
Fronts are at 4, rear are questionable as I don't have the know to adjust them yet. I haven't changed any setting since I've owned it. Do you koni/strano owners notice this or are mine just starting to go bad?

What are the age of the shocks, how many miles? Bouncy is usually shocks as they are essentially a damper for the spring.

Meant **** to adjust, not know. Honestly I have no idea. I bought the car 3 years ago with them installed by the previous owner before the guy I bought them from. He had no idea it had konis, or even what a trans am is.

I'll order the **** and see where the rears are set.
