Like I said in the title there is some sort of knocking sound coming from the rear of my car. It usually makes the sound when I'm backing up and turning.

Does anyone have an idea what this might be? My car does have 204,xxx miles. Any suggestions on suspension items that might need replacing?

All i know is that the bushings are fine

 

Are you sure it isn't the limited slip differential locking and unlocking?

 

Actually look at the trans mount. I just got that fixed. it even disconnected the exhaust. Everytime I took off good or made some turns it would be a good "thoomp". The torque was lifting the trans up and droppin it down.
