i can see that the hotchkis stb Lt1 would not fit on a Ls1 nor SS.

i ordered the hotchkis stb Lt1, but was sent the Ls1 version (the one that bows back toward the firewall) not even noticing that until now, i earlier installed the bar i got. i got it to fit no problem. is there anything wrong with this? can i just leave the ls1 in or should i pull it and get the correct one? as long as i got it to fit, that should tie it in, right?

 

No problems with it at all. In fact, the correct STB for the LT1 SS is the LS1 version, which I have. You will be fine with it.
