Can the two little metal thingys that hold the bracket around the rear torque arm mount be salavged and used with an after market one? How do I save them if its possible? If not, what do i use?

Re: Energy Suspension Rear Torque Arm Mount

"rear torque arm mount".... as in the two bolts that hold the rear of the torque arm to the diff housing - no mount there? Or do you possibly meen the "clamshell" mount that holds the front of the TA to the tranny tailshaft? If its the latter, you need to drill the rivets out that hold the rubber bushings in each side of the clamshell. Then the one piece ES mount slips over the end of the TA, and you close the clamshell around it and insert the bolts.

Injuneer I had a problem getting the bolts out of the tailshaft. Could i remove the rivets and install while its in the car? I tried to install bmr adjustable today when i did the 12 bolts but ran into problems.
