Different OE spring spec for 94?

Long story short, my 94 TA sits lower than either of my previous Camaros (95 and 96,) as well as a stock 00 TA. I bought the car with 75k on it, and it still has the original springs in it, as evidenced by the tags they put on em at the factory. The stance is about the same as my 95 Z WITH 1.5" drop springs. I know Chevy and Pontiac each did their own things with the F-car back in the day, so I'm wondering if the spring spec is different than what was offered in the Camaros. Any explanation?

I honestly don't understand how that would've happened, given the mileage. I bought it with 77k, while my 96 Z had 100k when I sold it, and my 95 Z had 170, both on the OE springs. My buddy's 00 TA looks like a monster truck sitting next to mine. And I checked the coils; they are not cut. I'm puzzled, to say the least.
