Can't get torque arm on rear

I'm having trouble installing my torque arm onto the car. I'm trying to put a Random Technology arm in. I can't get the bolt holes to line up on the Moser 9". Is this a common problem that can be resolved with some clearancing, or is it because the rear torque arm mount is in a different spot compared to the stock 10 bolt? The stock torque arm fits ok. I couldn't tell what the problem was, but it may be the bolts that mount the bracket to the arm are hitting the floor board.

Is this the reason that the BMR and UMI torque arms have 2 different sets of holes?

The 9-inch rear is offset to one side more than the stocker. Clearance problems with the torque arm bolts aren't unusual. Most TA's now come with 2 sets of mounting holes - 1 set for stock and the Strange 12-bolt, another for the Moser rears.
