Anyone using baer's bump steer for lowered cars. and aslo this aluminum rag joint from unbalenced engineering?http://www.unbalancedengineering.com/Camaro/

Any noticeable improvement in steering from the bump steer kit. I have also heard these kits wear out faster than the original equipment. Anyone have any problems?

The rag joint- is there any vibrations or any other problems going to this solid piece rather than the rubber?

The steering shaft and the gear box would need to be perfectly inline with each other or it wouldn't feel smooth full circle.

 

I have a rag joint eliminator and I am happy with it.

At highway speed no bothersome vibration comes through it.

I notice a little more up and down vibration in the wheel on hard bumps.

Not sure if that is the joint or not, I made a lot of other changes.

The shaft has 4 U-joints, no need for perfect alignment. The steering feels great.

If you have headers it makes more sense, the pipe run very close to where the rubber is.
