What is the think that the brake booster line hose attached to called? Not the brake booster or master cylinder, but the piece the hose actually attaches too? Its really loose, might be why my brakes arnt "tight" even tho there brand new...

huh?

The big hose goes to the intake manifold and has a one way check valve, to keep the brake booster under vacuum, if that's what you mean.

Might want to mention the specific year of the car..... power brake designs/connections varied over the 36 years that the F-Body was produced. Why not add a "signature" with basic info about your car - year, model, engine, tranny and any major mods? That way when you ask a tech question, people can provide more useful responses.

If you are talking about the 90 degree fitting on the brake booster, that the vacuum line attaches to; then its the brake booster check valve......
