Anyone using QA1 "R" series 90/10's on the front?

Steve Spohn recommended I use the "R" series front shocks, instead of the regular single adjustables. anyone else having success with them?

Frank - my cousin ran them on his full weight Caprice last year (Handyman on impalassforums.com) he loved them and so do I. I drove his car quite a bit and without that suspension his car would not have gotten 12.80's out of a bolt on Caprice.

I have my car torn apart right now for those exact shocks.

He put down 257rwhp -I believe- in a 4100lb car. Pulled the left front about an inch off the ground and hooked with mid 1.7 60's - the suspension allowed him to use all the power the car was making.

Do you really need the rears or can you get away without them as long as your stockers are in good condition?
