Exactly. Its not his fault that UMI is behind or he might not even know for that matter. He is a good guy and I will order from him again, I just wish I knew that it would have taken more than a week to arrive.

As far as internet orders taking longer than phone orders or any other type of order, I really don't believe that. I usually order on the internet to avaid having to use all of my cell phone minutes waiting on hold and still recieve my order in less than 5 days.

I'll be sure to let you guys know when they show up and like I said I still had the stock pieces so it doesn't really matter.

From UMI website..http://www.umiperformance.com/index.php

With the current demand of our products and the busy race season upon us we are asking customers to please allow up to 5-8 business days to process and ship all orders. Please use this information to help schedule your project accordingly. If expedited shipping is needed with a deadline to meet, please contact our sales staff to see if your request is possible. We can be reached by calling 814-857-5400 or by e-mail at sales@umiperformance.com.
Thank you!

Yeah thats on UMI's website. IMHO if you are selling UMI stuff you should notify the customer that they are backed up and the parts won't be shipped right away, if you know that they are backed up. Shon might not have even known that they were behind

If I would have known that the UMI stuff would take an extra 2 weeks or more to get here I would have gone with someone else.

I'm not trying to bash anyone here or tell someone how to run their business, but it just kind of sucks when you are expecting something and then find out a week later that it will take another week or more to recieve your parts.

Well as of today I still have not recieved a package or word of the LCAs and PHB being shipped. Order was placed on April 29th and yesturdays date being May 12th, 2 weeks and they are still not processed

I would have deffinately ordered from a different company if I had known that it would have taken this long.

Again nothing against Herron Performance, but I am less than happy with UMI as of right now. Hopefully their workmanship on their parts will make up for some of the delay
