Line lock goes in the front brake line, proportioning valve goes in the rear brake line.

The stock brake line fittings are metric with different threads on different ends of lines, and have a unique GM "bubble" flare. You can use adapters, or make your own by finding all the pieces in a brake shop. Personally, I would opt for the SJM kit. It's got everything you need, and maybe a few things you didn't even know you need.
