97 V6 Brakes the same as 94 LT1 brakes?

97 V6 Brakes the same as 94 LT1 brakes?

I need to know if the V6 parts will interchange with V8 parts during the LT1 years.

Specifically the rotors.

Call your local auto parts store or check on line and see if they have the same Part Number!

Yes. And, even though everyone CALLS them "LS1" brakes on the 98-up, you could call them "3800" brakes too 'cause they're on all the V6'ers as well.

yes they are the same... only difference is most 93-97 rear brakes were drums, some recieved 4 wheel disc(which is the same to LT1) but they are kinda rare on v6s.


all 98+ brakes are the same front and rear, all were 4 wheel disc

He didn't even mention LS1 brakes or even 98+ cars.
