80+mph fade

ok I recently did my brakes with napa rotors and autozone semi metalic pads knowing they arnt the best but they will work. well I NEED something else, the rotors I can use but the pads just dont bite. At speeds over 80 the brakes fade instantly, pedal is hard almost like when the car is off and the booster has no vacume on it. Also the dust is unberible. I dont mind dust but after a few days I have black wheels. Wouls something like Hawk be the answer, or do you maybe think the back need some attention? they do squel so i need pads but i dont think they will affect braking as drasticly as this. Thanks alot
