1995 Z28 F41 easy question

Hello everyone,
Well I finally purchased a 1995 convertible z28. I used to own a 83 camaro. I am super happy to have another camaro.
Ok so here is my question, I am replacing all the control arm bushings. I have purchased a full set of used upper's and lower control arms. Now after I have done that I see things posted about the F41 suspension package that was installed in all Z28's (i am lead to believe). So as far as i can tell the only difference between standard and the F41 the sway bar, springs, struts, and bushings. So that being said I think that the control arms are the same for both the srandard and the F41. Am I correct on thinking this? I am doing this so i have less down time while the shop presses the new bushings in the arms. I am going to use the speed engineering poly bushings. I will also put in new ball joints while I have them out also.
Any info you can shed will be great!!
I am planning on doing a lot of mods to this car so I will be asking alot of question hahaha.
Thanks again for your help.

Right. Not so easy, because while there were some different a-arms listed, it is not clear if the difference was only the bushings or if there was also some difference in the arm, itself. I'm kinda leaning toward only the bushings being different.

Thanks shoebox. I am not sure either but i will soon find out as I have some standard arm on the way, and if its true that the z28 is standard with the f41 then I will soon know. I will also post my findings on here.

Re: 1995 Z28 F41 easy question

My Z came with RPO FE2 (which I think the 4th gen Zs do).

Oh great another suspension package! I thought that the hard part about woking on these car is the LT1 not the suspension.

Re: 1995 Z28 F41 easy question

FE2, FE4, FE7, F41, 1LE were are 4th gen options in various years. I think the F41 was the base V6 suspension.

Re: 1995 Z28 F41 easy question

From my RPO cheat sheet:
F41 : SUSPENSION SYSTEM, FRT, RR, FIRM RIDE, HANDLING
FE2 : SUSPENSION SYSTEM, RIDE HANDLING
FE3 : SUSPENSION SYSTEM, SPORT
FE7 : SUSPENSION SYSTEM, FRT & RR HD, VAR 3

The 1LE option was all over the map, depending on model year- special gas tanks, driveshafts, control arms and bushings. Lots of 1LE parts were also used in the B4C cars-

My Federally-order Z28 came with FE2 in 2001
