where to do a good burnout

where to do a good burnout

just got new tires but the old ones are still on the car. i'm looking to give them one last big burnout or dough nut before they get replaced by the new tires. any suggestions?

is ICP still open?

ICP is still open to the best of my knowledge. Actually we just did a video shoot there a couple months back.
