Problem with Ken Wells Transmission

The past couple of days I have noticed a few drops of tranny fluid in my driveway. The drops turned into a puddle pretty quickly, so I took it down the street to put it on a lift. Most of the tranny pan bolts were very loose, some took two whole turns to tighten. I figured my transmission fluid was low from the leak, but when I checked the tranny had almost 3 extra pints of fluid in it by the time I vaccumed it out and got the fluid level at normal again. I have noticed 4th gear starting to crap out on me lately so I am concerned. Does anyone know if Ken's Tranny puts extra fluid in on purpose, or if they increase the capacity of fluids? Does anyone know if the Vigilante stall would change the reading on the dipstick? I'll be really aggrevated if my tranny craps out again after 18,000 miles because someone put too much fluid in it.

I do know about the bolts coming out... I've seen that before. They seem to work loose sometimes from vibration I guess.. I've had a couple missing before and so have my friends in other cars. (700-R4's and AOD's, TH400)
