muffler shops around that do custom y-pipes for hooker LT's

i'm trying to figure out how much it'll cost me for hooker longtubes. the muffler guy in wintersprings / oviedo near the mall on aloma basically told me to avoid longtubes because they're nothing but trouble, and to get SLP shorties. he also said he doesn't make y-pipes mandral bent ... but he could make one for 200 bucks if i provided the flowmaster collector (2.5 inch dual in, 3 inch out).

where did ya'll get your y-pipe's made / installed for your longtubes? what are your experiences with the longtubes? definantly get or avoid... ?

If you dont mind a drive, come down to Ft. Lauderdale and use the guy that me and a bunch of us down here use. He is the best and does any exhaust work.

Email if you want info for him.

Like JP said, go with a mufflex(w/o cats) or a Moer Performance y-pipe(w/ cats) or it's vice versa, can't remember.

I will need a y-pipe too. Can I get an e-mail address also. Do I need to drive the car to the shop or can he make it and have it shipped?
