Thats a pretty good looking supra. I'm not that big a fan of the wheels, but I'm sure that its a rocket nevertheless.

The only race I've ever lost in my 67 on the street was also to a Supra. A red one. It was on Colonial leaving downtown on Saturday night... pretty fking stupid when you think about it, 2 cars with probably 1500 combined horsepower blowing down a busy street at mach 3. I'll never do that again.

But damn that red car was fast.

It's probably the Titan Motorsports supras. Most of them run 10's. They even have a J-spec supra, the blue one without a wing and a weird kit from japan. I really like the yellow one I see with BLITZ written on the intercooler. I would never mess with them, lol. Hey WillyBoy, you have a white TA with the SLP windshield banner???? I was just near Forsyth the other day turning into the gas station when I think I saw you go by. I had a black SS with a kit and the same SLP banner, I beeped and you revved a little. Thing sounds really nice.

Yea, that was me.
I think I saw you before a while back though when you had a red stripe on your hood. Did you change that? I think it looked good but if your Z is the one I am thinking about that I saw, that was pretty badass. You were on 50 turning left into some place. I had just left the gym. Any new mods? obviously, as you can see, I have been working on mine
Take care man and thanks for the compliment. Your car is sweet too. I like the banner.

Yeah, I used to have a red stripe in the middle in front of the hood induction. But after I got the body kit put on I took it off. Looks much better now, with the black tint and everything. I just need to work on how it sounds, lol, only have a cutout and corsa.

Thanks a lot. I don't have a good digital camera or anything. I borrowed my friends camera once and took some pictures, but without the rear kit on. You can browse these pics if you want.

(Click on New Pictures for my best ones)

If I borrow that camera again tho and get pics I'll let you know.

I think I have raced the White and Black supra that you all are talking about..I ran into both of them around the same areas your talking about...

The black, I believe the kids name was Troy...He has a Big Single, but I ran him when he was running twins and was full BPU...He went like 12.3s then...He put a good beating on me...

The white one had an asian kid driving it, he had a BIG single on it, we raced on university near 436...He got beat bad out of the whole, and then came flying by me so fast I think he took some of my paint off...

Chris was the guy driving the red supra you raced, spanish???

If so it probably was this dude Jesus, he has some ungodly amount of HP like 1XXX at the wheels or something I "Heard"...

Thats the only car I can think of around here that would have beat ya on the street...

I doubt it was Jesus' supra. Yes it does have 1060hp at the crank on its high boost setting. You would have known if it was him cause he has gold wheels with Garage Advance stickers all over the car, as well as a Lugo racing large sticker in the rear window.

PS: The car is actually in town down at MV auto in Oviedo getting some work done to it for any non-believers to check out.

Yeap, that was him... 25psi aint nothin to sneeze at, this thing hauled some major ***. and a 10.7 to back it up isnt too bad either.. I forgot the MPH but im sure you know it was up there.

Sorry I didn't know that you were talking about whistles car. Yea it might have been him then cause there aren't too many other REALLY fast cars around that are on the streets.

The race I'm talking about was some kind of dark-skinned guy, so it was probably the Jesus you're talking about. It was like a year ago when I first turbo'd my car. Badass.

We met "Steve" with a black Supra at the FCC show @ Mall of the Avenues, his dyno sheet on display (from Vinci HiPerf) was around 750 on the graph.

I did not bother to ask if that was RWHP or crank, it just don't matter at that level.

pretty cool guy, he said the F-bodies are pretty good guys to play with, except too many of us now know about the Supra's.
he was looking for more power out of a down pipe (his was ~2 3/4) and some other basic mods. said same turbo he has made ~850 on other cars, and he should be in that range with his next round of mods.

steve put down 710rw at speedcraft, i dont believe he's dynoed at vinci.

since the 710rw dyno he's upgraded the fuel system, and ported the head. i believe he was shooting for 800+rw

anyway... he's a very cool guy. he really knows his turbos too...

i blew up my nitrous motor racing him awhile back...
