Angry Found my reverse problem

Pulled the pan today, no shavings in the pan and the fluid looked good. Then I pulled the filter, and about 11 teeth from i'm guessing reverse gear fell out.... guess it's time to go talk to Ken

Holy ****! I wonder how that happened??? How many miles does you car have again? I would almost want to take it to a dealership and be like "this is not supposed to look like this after driving the car normally!". That sucks man. If you don't have money for a full rebuild just see if he can replace reverse, I'm sure that wouldn't be expensive. Good luck, let me know if I can be of any help

thanks mike, it's a 98 w/ only 47,000 miles. Beats the hell outta me how this happened, it's not like I do neutral drops into reverse!!! This is the first 4th gen Z out of the 5 i've owned that I have never taken to the track or raced and look what happens. All the other Z's never had a single problem. And to add insult to injury it's reverse WTF?? Anyway as soon as I get a job and save some money up i'm gonna have Ken rebuilt the entire thing.
