Bassani header install
Bassani header install
just got through installing these today along with the matching y-pipe with cats. took about 4.5 hours. R&D for Bassani and www.vincihighperformance.com might get it on the dyno tomorrow to get the results. then out to OSW for 1/4 mile times.

hmmmm I was about to point out the massive drop in torque but it looks like there was a burp at the beginning of the baseline that gave a false high. Are they gonna tune it at all? I would have expected better numbers.
we are waiting for crane to finish up the VHP programmer. should be next week. but we wanted to put parts on to show what they do by themselves. no help with tuning. most people buy parts and put them on. we are treating this just like the average street car.
but unfortunately, or fortunately, the stock manifolds and cats are pretty good. and these were put on a stock car with only a borla catback.
i've been lacking in keeping up with this post. since the headers, we've installed the VHP airlid w/polyfoam filter, VHP MAF housing ends, and just last week the VHP 1.89 accelerated lift rocker kit and VHP dual springs.
