3800 wanted
Where should I look for a GM 3800 Series2 drivetrain? I prefer it to be in a wrecked car and have a super charger on it. Any ideas on where to find such a thing?
Re: 3800 wanted
Where are you located? I don't need a trans or crossmember. I want to start with a running car so I can pull every wire and sensor needed to keep it running. That include the ignition from key to coil too. Is yours a Series 2? What did it come out of? Condition? Miles? ...

Re: 3800 wanted
This is why I posted it in the Florida forum. It could be slapped onto a pallet and shipped freight but I am hesitant to spend a dime on a motor I can't see run. And sight unseen is definately out of the question for me, sorry. I've been screwed on motors before that looked just fine on the outside. Plus I'd still have to find all of the other odds and ends that I want too. So I think I'll pass on your generous offer. Thanks anyway.

Re: 3800 wanted
I am sure you already now about it...
but www.clubgp.com
they have a florida section their too... if it helps.
PS you check autotrader? a long time ago(I think before the hurricanes) there was someone selling a 97 GTP I think, or it was a 99, that needed work for $1k.
but might be something you were looking into.
