I had to get my car inspected within 14 days I took ownership (got it about 2 weeks ago). So I figured to get it done early and not be bothered with it later. I took it through and they failed me because my BRAKES are too GOOD. When this monkey said this to me I was like WTF!! Then my friend went with me with his '01 Accord (he's a semi-ricer). They failed him too because he had an aftermarket exhaust (when he passed emmissions, its a friggin Honda) and because his rear-view mirror was too big. This was at the Rahway, NJ inpection station. NEVER GO TO THOSE DUMBASSES THERE. Taking it today to South Brunswick.

Was the former inspec tion sticker expired?
In NJ now the inspection 'comes with the car' not like it used to be that you had to fgo every time you buy a car..
Just thought I'd pass this along...
'Too good of brakes'? did they give you that printout they can do?
Were they locking up,etc?

That sounds like a ton of horsesh-t. Definitely go to another station, or you should have asked to see the supervisor about that one.
