SHOEBOX gotta question for ya...

I was looking in your Tech page and wondered what the
"Adjust Steering Rack Bearing Preload" does ???? Tighten steering wheel play??? Thanks.

Yeah, it tightens up the rack to steering pinion slack. If you are not experiencing any problems, I would not bother to mess with it.

I should do that, my steering seems s little loose. Because of that I replaced both inner and outer tie rods but no improvement, so maybe I should try that.

Try to isolate where the looseness is. Some people have found the intermediate steering shaft to loosen up and need to be replaced. That is the shaft that attaches between the end of the steering column and to the steering rack (has the joints on it).
