Exactly that. Where do I install that little sender? Is there somewhere it will just screw right in...or do I have to drill and tap somewhere? Thanks

There is a tapped hole with a plug in the passenger side head, between #6 and #8.... essentially the same hole used for the coolant temp sensor in the driver's side head. But it is sort of blocked by the exhaust, making it hard to add a sensor. I just added a "tee" in the line from the back of the heads:

Fred,

I am building a racing only 94 Lt1 and have heard that the sensor in the drivers side head between #1 and #3 is for the guage sending unit only....NOT THE PCM. Is this true? I would like to use this for my Autometer mechanical sensor.

Thanks,

Randy

That is right the sensor on the driver side head is for the gage reading in the dash of the car. There is another sensor front of the water pump which is hook up to the PCM.
