Well.. I got this strange problem.. The fans are not turning on and the car heated up a bit.... They are not even turning on when reflashing my PCM

The headlights are turned on always ... very very dim, but they shouldn't be on...and if you turn them on.. only one of them will light up correctly.. the rest are still dim...

What is the problem here???????????????????????????????????

A bad ground? relay? are the headlights and fans connected in some way?? I will check my manual tonight, but I have no clue...

How can I test the fans???
