What are those two big aluminum washers for on my BMR Tubular K-Member?

What are those two big aluminum washers for on my BMR Tubular K-Member?

Theres one zip tied to each side of the back mounts. They're about the size of a silver dollar. Are they for the rear bolt or the A-Arm? I don't see any instructions related to them on the BMR .pdf installation guide.

Never mind. Found it on a similar question on a UMI K member. It goes between the rear mount and the frame. Kind of a spacer.
